Return and Refund Policy
At HCo Handlooms, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in quality checking and packaging every order. However, if you receive a product that does not meet expectations, we’re here to help—please review our policy below carefully.
IMPORTANT NOTE (PLEASE READ)
Opening video is compulsory for all return and exchange related queries.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, the product inside, and any issue observed. Requests without a proper opening video or edited video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns only in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or has been incorrectly shipped.
Returns or exchanges requested due to minor color or shade variations will not be accepted. Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and display settings, and such variations are a natural part of online shopping and do not qualify as defects.
A product will be eligible for return or exchange only if:
• The request is raised within [3 DAYS] of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact
• The opening video is shared and clearly shows the issue
Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be accepted.
2. Return Timeframe
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within [3 DAYS] from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
3. Refund Process and Timing
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 Business Days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.
4. Exchange Options
We offer exchanges subject to product availability.
Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or another product of equal value
If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid
If the product is of lower value, the balance will be refunded as store credit or original payment method (as applicable)
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery
• Share the mandatory opening video and clear images
• After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable
We do not accept damage claims without an opening video.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Discounted or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
• Products with removed tags or altered condition
• Items without original packaging or opening video
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by HCo Handlooms.
• In such cases, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not available, customers may choose an alternate product of the same value.
For customers residing in India, all return-related shipping costs will be borne by us.
For overseas customers, the cost of shipping the returned product must be borne by the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
